Leadership

Jay Nardone, Jr. 
Chief Executive Officer

Jay Nardone, Jr. is a graduate of Coughlin High School, Wilkes-Barre, and Lock Haven University, where he earned a degree in Business Management. He started his career at Genoa in 1992 and has held his current position since 2006. In 2008, Jay earned his M.B.A. from Wilkes University's business program with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Development. Jay took over full ownership of the family business in January of 2020.

Jay Nardone, Sr. is a graduate of St. Mary’s High School, Wilkes-Barre, and attended King’s College, Wilkes-Barre. He has been instrumental to the business throughout Genoa's history, and brings decades of experience to the company. Jay Sr. has held his current position since 2006.
